1. Delivery Areas
Eleven Coast currently ships exclusively to mainland France. For delivery inquiries outside this area, please contact our customer support via the contact form: Contact us here.
2. Delivery Method and Timeline
We offer Standard Delivery for all orders placed on our website:
- Shipping fee: €3.50 for orders under €49
- Free shipping: For orders of €49 or more
- Estimated delivery time: 10 to 12 business days
All delivery times are indicative and start from the shipment date of your order. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, Eleven Coast is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure, strikes, or extreme weather).
3. Shipping Fees
Applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed during the checkout process. No additional charges will be added beyond what is shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package in real time on the carrier's website.
5. Delivery Issues
In case of delivery problems (delay, loss, or damaged package), please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date or receipt by using our contact form. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation (e.g., photos, videos) to help us resolve the issue.
6. Changes and Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order at any time before shipment by contacting our team via the contact form. Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
7. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that all information entered during checkout (name, address, postal code, etc.) is accurate. Eleven Coast cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
