2. Order Process

All orders are placed through the website's secure checkout. A purchase contract is concluded once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Product Information

Each product page provides detailed descriptions, including materials, sizes, and available colors. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in Euros (€), including applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed during the checkout process. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s integrated system. We accept most major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

6. Delivery

We deliver exclusively to mainland France. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 4–10 business days depending on the shipping method. Shipping is free for orders of €49 or more. Orders under €49 are subject to a flat €3.50 delivery fee.

Shipping details and tracking information are provided by email once your order is dispatched.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with French and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. For full details and conditions, please consult our Refund and Return Policy.

8. Legal Guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity (Article L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code).

If you believe your item is defective or non-compliant, please contact us promptly via our Contact Form. If the claim is justified, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, except in cases of gross negligence or fraud.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising in connection with purchases made on this website will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Narbonne, France.
